This grinder is part of the Perform and Protect product line with kickback brake and the E-Clutch system, which activates in less than a tenth of a second when a pinch/stall is detected, shutting down the motor. The kickback brake then engages with maximum force to quickly stop the wheel and shut off the grinder when a pinch, stall, or bind-up occurs to reduce the risk of damage or injury. E-Switch protection requires the trigger switch to be cycled (turned off and then on) in the event of a power outage or other unexpected shut down to restart the tool. 5/8 in arbour diameter, 3-year warranty.
