Use an Exchange-A-Blade spring-loaded hex shank mandrel with your drills and hole saws. It is designed for use with 3/8 in drills and hole saws ranging in size from 1 1/4 in to 7 7/8 in. This hole saw mandrel holds drive pins in place and prevents them from loosening. It has a rubber O-ring that tightly joins the mandrel to the hole saw to remove vibrations.
