Halo Ultra-Shallow Recessed Light Housing - Retrofit - IC - Air-Tite - 4-in - Black-

This Halo 4-inch ultra-shallow recessed light housing is designed for use in insulated ceilings (IC). It is suitable for direct contact with air permeable insulation, but not with spray foam insulation. The housing is Air-Tite so it reduces airflow between living spaces, which leads to energy savings. It can be used in damp areas. It has a black finish and is made with aluminum for better durability. The aperture recessed housing is designed to host compatible Halo LED integrated trims and modules. It's easy to install from below and can accommodate ceilings that have a thickness ranging from 3/8 to 3/4 inch.
